Jen is an AMAZING person and trainer! She is compassionate, kind, genuine, trustworthy, and honest. I love her positive and uplifting energy! Before training with Jen, I was already exercising on my own for a little over 2 and a half months. However, 5 weeks prior to training, I plateaued where I was not losing any weight or inches off my body. I tried everything I could think of and had no results. I started becoming unmotivated and almost gave up until I met Jen. I have been training with her for 2 weeks now and already lost 2 pounds! She tailored my fitness workouts to my medical needs and is encouraging throughout the workout! In the past, I have never liked going to gyms. However, I always look forward to the next one-on-one session with Jen! She makes the workouts fun, exciting, and challenging. Every workout is different too. I am blessed to have found her as she has motivated me again to continue my weightloss journey. I am still working with her until I reach my goal. Jen, you ROCK! Thank you for an awesome journey so far!

Great workout EVERY TIME! whether it's in a group setting or one on one, Jen and Nicki will help to keep working out fun and motivating. Jen has been a lifesaver! She really took the time to understand what I was looking for, my trouble areas, and taking any limitations into account. For every training session, she always has one of my favorite playlists on and is ready to go with a unique workout. She motivates me and helps me keep pushing myself when I don't think I can keep going. I also travel a lot for work, and Jen is great at giving me "vacation" workouts and checking up on my progress between sessions. I highly recommend Jen, you won't regret it!

Very professional and I love her style. I feel extremely comfortable in her training space and she's gives me the motivation and structure I desperately needed. She listened and tailored the work out to my goals. She even let's me choose the Pandora station and has it playing when I arrive! You won't find this type of quality at an affordable price anywhere but with Jen!

I contacted Jen to help me get strong enough to go back to my usual hardcore workouts after recovering from leg injuries. I was finished with physical therapy but my usual fitness classes and daily activities were still too much for me. Jen researched exercises and planned workouts that would help me become stronger without more setbacks. She is fun to work with and she kept me on track, not allowing me to do too much and always keeping my goals in mind. I recommend her to anyone who is working on becoming more active.

I have known Jen for just over a year and what started as a fast friendship, changed once she learned of my desire to shed some weight and compete in a “Biggest Loser” challenge. Jen immediately switched gears and became my coach, cheerleader, and greatest support.  During this time, she worked closely with me on a daily basis, encouraging me, writing goals and fitness programs, even calling or texting me to check in on my day or just give me some thoughtful encouragement.  She also did not hesitate, whenever necessary, to give me the push I needed to keep going.
