Jennifer Bauer, MS, CNS, LDN,

After 18 years of growing a successful career as a certified paralegal Jen decided to follow her passion for helping others get fit and healthy while reaching their full health and wellness potential. She was inspired after her father received a devastating diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma, cancer which affects the bone marrow. Through this experience, she realized that life is precious and unpredictable. With the support of her family she was encouraged to live her life doing what she loves.

Jen is a Licensed Dietician Nutritionist, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Holistic Nutritionist, Health Coach and Personal Trainer and Cancer Exercise Trainer certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). College degrees include: Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science earned through Broadview University, Masters Degree for Applied Clinical Nutrition through New York Chiropractic College.


Jen has always had an enthusiasm for health, wellness, fitness and being active, and she believes the best way to stay fit is to continuously have a goal. Some of her completed personal goals include: competing in half-marathons; triathlon-sprints; bike race and an NPC fitness competition.

Whether your goals are to lose weight, improve digestion, relief from metabolic conditions, autoimmune disorders, build muscle, improve strength and flexibility, or to train for your very first 5K. She will help you with motivation, support and an effective customized wellness program.

Linette Johnson, MS, CNS, LDN

Linnette is a a Board- Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN). She is also certified as a Health & Wellness Coach and Board Registered Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant (RALC) through the Association of Ayurveda Professionals of North America along with trained - in herbal therapies, meditations and various other mindfulness aspects.

Linnette specializes in mental health such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, sleep issues, lack of energy, fatigue, brain fog and digestive healing aspects such as IBS, IBD, constipation, bloating and beyond. She is passionate about helping others with reclaiming their health and vitality with wellness practices, herbs and food. She helps others sort out the best path for their personal health goals which allows for being and feeling healthier plus more resilient. Each step towards wellness matters, no matter where you are starting from. She also helps others get clarity by putting all the pieces of the puzzle together, to bring clear direction to their path towards wellness.

Furthermore, Linnette is am a firm believer in Healthy At EVERY Size (HAES), Intuitive Eating (IE), Mindful Eating approaches and that healthy habits take time. There is not "just one plan fits all" and there definitely is no magic wand.

When not seeing clients one-on-one, she is giving back to the community by teaching nutrition, integrative health and mindfulness techniques in recovery houses and rehab facilities. I am a lifelong learner- love to read, cook, garden, travel/camp, hike, take long walks in nature, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.

Amy completed her 200 hour teacher certification from The Spirit of Yoga under Pam Walsh in 2015. Amy has been practicing yoga and the aerial arts for the past 6 years.
Off the mat, she has her Associates in journalism and communication and is working on furthering her education in earth science. Amy is also a special education support aide at Downingtown Area School District and assistant coach to both of Downingtown East’s cross country teams. She also loves music, painting and spending time with people.
