Meet Dr. Jennifer Bauer

Licensed Clinical Dietitian Nutritionist, Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach, and Exercise Specialist

Jen is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (PA, DE, MD, IL, and FL), Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Cancer Exercise Trainer certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Broadview University, a Master’s Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College), and a Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition from the University of Western States.

Jen has a lifelong passion for health, wellness, fitness, and movement. She believes that optimal health is achieved through purposeful living and setting meaningful goals—especially as we move into the second act of life, where mobility, clarity, and resilience matter most.

Whether your goals include weight loss, improved digestion, relief from metabolic or autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal support, ​hormone support, muscle building, strength and flexibility, or training for your first 5K, Jen provides expert guidance, motivation, and compassionate support. Her approach centers on personalized, evidence-based wellness programs designed to help clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
